Thank you for shopping at mezoma.com. We take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every Mezoma piece. Each item is carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped only after passing our multi-point quality checks. Please review our policy below before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in rare cases where the item received is damaged during transit, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.
Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and certificates intact.
Any signs of wear, resizing, polishing, or alteration will render the piece ineligible for exchange.
To initiate a request, please email contactmezoma@gmail.com with clear unboxing video proof of the defect or damage, along with order details and photographs.
Please note: Without complete visual proof, exchanges cannot be processed.
Return Policy
All Mezoma jewelry is made to order, hand-finished, and crafted specifically for you. Therefore, returns are not accepted once an order has been processed, dispatched, or delivered.
We encourage you to carefully review product details, photos, and size information before placing an order.
Return Shipping Costs
If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage during transit. We recommend using a fully insured, trackable courier service.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, only if production or shipping has not begun.
A minimum cancellation fee of 8% (of the total order value) applies to all cancellations.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after deduction of applicable fees.
For COD orders, the confirmation amount paid is strictly non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only in approved exchange cases, after the returned item passes our quality inspection and verification process.
Any item failing inspection will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
Refunds (if eligible) are issued to the original payment method only, and processing time may vary based on your bank.
Custom Jewelry Terms
Design Approval: You confirm that all designs, CADs, and details are approved before production begins. No further changes can be made once work has started.
Final Sale: All customized, made-to-order, or size-specific pieces are considered final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
Handcrafted Variations: Minor variations in finish, setting, or color tone are natural to the hand-crafting process and reflect the uniqueness of each Mezoma piece.
Jurisdiction
All disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
