Exchange Policy: You have 15 days from receiving your item to request an exchange for damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete orders. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Contact us at contactmezoma@gmail.com to start the return process.

Return Cost: Customers bear the return shipping cost.

Exceptions: Custom or personalized goods cannot be returned.

Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of ordering, provided they haven't been processed or shipped.Please Note - A minimum cancellation fee of 3% will apply to all canceled orders. Amount will be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Conditions for Exchange: Goods must be returned within 15 days, in original packaging. Certain goods cannot be returned, as specified.

Custom Jewelry Terms and Conditions

 * Design Approval and Revisions: You agree that the final design is approved by you before production begins. We do not offer revisions once production has started.

 * Final Sale: Due to the bespoke nature of custom jewelry, crafted based on your specific design, these pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 * Variations from Design: Please note that all our jewelry is handmade, and slight variations may occur between the final product and the initial design. These variations are inherent to the handcrafting process and add to the uniqueness of your piece.
